Provide expert guidance on Workday Absence and Time Tracking best practices. Gather business requirements, develop and maintain functional documentation and translate requirements into Workday system configurations. Configure Workday Absence business processes, including leave of absence, accruals, time-off plans, eligibility rules, and absence reporting. Configure Workday Time Tracking business processes, including work schedules, time entry, time calculations, and approvals Configure Workday security roles, reporting.
