About this role

Job Requirements We are looking for a Medical Record Executive to join our team at Apollo Hospitals. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining medical records in accordance with established policies and procedures. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and completeness of medical records, as well as ensuring that all records are kept up to date and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of medical terminology and medical record keeping. You should also be able to work independently and be able to prioritize tasks. Responsibilities: • Maintain and update medical records in accordance with established policies and procedures • Ensure accuracy and completeness of medical records • Ensure that all records are kept up to date and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations • Monitor and audit medical records for accuracy and completeness • Respond to requests for medical records in a timely manner • Assist with the development of new policies and procedures related to medical records • Assist with the training of new staff on medical record keeping • Other duties as assigned Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management or related field • 1-3 years of experience in medical record keeping • Knowledge of medical terminology and medical record keeping • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Ability
