Senior Executive - Call Center MIS Executive – Job Description (1 to 2 Years Experience) Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience to manage reports, data analysis, dashboards, and business information systems. The candidate should possess strong Excel skills and be able to generate accurate MIS reports to support management decision-making. Key Responsibilities • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. • Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and dashboards. • Analyze data and provide insights to management. • Ensure data accuracy and timely report submission. • Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and validation. • Create automated reports using Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP. • Track business performance metrics and prepare presentations when required. • Handle ad hoc reporting requests from management. Required Skills • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, Formulas). • Basic knowledge of Power BI or Google Sheets is preferred. • Good analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and coordination abilities. • Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting. Eligibility Criteria • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. • 1 to 2 years of experience in MIS reporting or data analysis. • Experience in preparing dashboards and business reports preferred.
