Job Purpose Qualification: Graduate; 1st division in 10th, 12th and Graduate MBA ( Human Resources) Relevant Experience: 4-6 years of experience in field of HR operations Responsibilities • Maintaining CVs, Screening and short listing CVs, conducting preliminary round of interview & Salary discussions for staff. • To independently handle the Recruitment of Paramedical and Support staff’s. • To Co-ordinate for c-First background verification. • To issue the Appointment Letter for new joined staff. • To be responsible for full and final Settlements. • To prepare monthly HR reports. • To maintain and update personnel records of all employees in AHB (Master Data) and HMS software. • To Process monthly Salary of all employees on roll. • Preparation of MIS reports. Requirements and skills • Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge • Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task. • Compassionate with good communication skills. • Excellent teamwork skills • Graduate MBA ( Human Resources)
