Responsible for acquisition of Premium Customers (defined as Burgundy Private, Burgundy and Priority). Performance to be bench marked against both Numbers and as well as values. Responsible for ensuring the NTB accounts sourced during the year maintain True Value relationship. Responsible for early cross sell to newly acquired Customers, thus ensuring that there is PPC expansion leading to higher wallet share of customer.
