About the role As a Product Manager at Cipla, your core responsibility is planning and executing product launches and lifecycle marketing for an assigned portfolio. You will work with IQVIA/AWACS data, MS Excel and launch-planning tools every day, partner with sales, medical and regulatory teams to understand what doctors and patients actually need, and deliver campaigns that are compliant, accurate and easy for the field force to use. Key responsibilities • Own the launch plan and lifecycle strategy for an assigned product portfolio • Translate market research into product positioning and field messaging • Train and align the sales team on product USPs and objection handling • Track prescription trends and adjust the plan as the market shifts • Coordinate with regulatory and medical teams to keep claims compliant • Manage the product marketing budget and report performance to leadership • Review promotional material with the medico-marketing and regulatory teams for UCPMP compliance before release • Track brand performance against prescription and market-share data, and flag course corrections early • Brief and manage creative and research agencies so campaigns land on time and on brand Required skills and tools • Prod
