Job Requirements Cipla is looking for an experienced Therapy Manager to join our team in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. The Therapy Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales and market share of Cipla’s products in the assigned therapy area. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the therapeutic area, the ability to develop and implement strategies, and the ability to manage and motivate a team. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and market share of Cipla’s products in the assigned therapy area. • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. • Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and other stakeholders in the therapeutic area. • Develop and implement promotional campaigns to increase product awareness and sales. • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives. • Monitor and report on sales performance. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. • At least 2-5 years of experience in a similar role. • Strong understanding of the therapeutic area. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to develop and implement strategies. • Ability to manage and motivate a team.
