Job Summary We are seeking a Lead Administrator with 7 to 11 years of experience to manage and optimize our SAP systems within a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP on Azure SAP S/4HANA and SAP Basis Administration with a strong background in Supply Chain Management and Transportation & Logistics. This role requires excellent English language skills and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our operations. Responsibilities • Oversee the administration and optimization of SAP systems including SAP on Azure and SAP S/4HANA to ensure seamless operations. • Manage SAP BTP and HANA DB Administration tasks to maintain system integrity and performance. • Implement and monitor NetWeaver ABAP and JAVA Admin processes to support business functions. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP Basis Administration to resolve issues promptly. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Supply Chain Management and Transportation & Logistics processes. • Develop and execute strategies to improve system efficiency and user experience. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in SAP administration. • Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain optimal system health. • Coordinate with stakeholders to align SAP solutions with business objectives. • Lead initiatives to integrate new technologies and innovations into existing SAP systems. • Provide training and guidance to junior team me
