Job Summary Serve as a subject matter expert in learning and development for a global organization designing and delivering training focused on benefits open enrollment HIPAA compliance and payer and provider processes. Partner with stakeholders to build effective hybrid learning experiences for night shift teams that improve compliance operational accuracy and service quality.
