Job Summary Power Platform Administration Responsibilities Unattended Bot Management · Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot unattended Power Automate bots across RDS-enabled Microsoft servers. · Optimize bot concurrency and resource allocation for multi-session environments. · Maintain bot health, credential vaults, and execution logs. Bot Monitoring & Incident Response · Proactively monitor bot performance, queue status, and execution outcomes. · Investigate and resolve automation failures, timeouts, and infrastructure-related issues. · Manage incident lifecycle using ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis. Infrastructure & Server Support · Administer Windows Server environments hosting automation workloads. · Manage Remote Desktop Services (RDS) configurations to support multiple bot sessions. · Perform routine server maintenance, patching, and performance tuning. Automation Platform Support · Provide Tier 2/3 support for Power Automate workflows, connectors, and triggers. · Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure unattended flows meet enterprise standards. · Assist in governance, compliance, and audit readiness for automation assets. Networking & Security · Troubleshoot network connectivity issues affecting bot execution. · Configure and maintain firewall rules, RPC ports, and endpoint access. · Ensure secure communication between bots, servers, and external systems.
