About the Role As a Senior Associate, you will drive impactful contributions and focus on outcomes. You will be a key member of the Global Business Resilience team, collaborating with Corporate Functions. The Global Business Resilience team is focused on protecting the company’s associates, customers, operations, brand, and reputation. We are seeking an experienced Business Continuity Management (BCM) professional to support our BCM & DR Governance team in the ongoing development, implementation, and maintenance of the BCM & DR program in accordance with ISO controls. You will engage with cross-functional teams across Cognizant and external partners to support governance initiatives, ensure adherence to established processes, and champion continuous improvement efforts.
