Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Packaging and development team member. Roles & Responsibilities • Develop and design packaging material for OSD new product launch for LL/TP and IL/OS products. • De-risk new launch from packaging material and machinery perspective. • Support launch team with technical and documentation for on time launch. • Specs/Protocol/MPC/Datasheet preparation. • Co-ordination with Artwork team for Artwork preparation. Check artworks technically to avoid any production line stoppage. • Conduct transport validation study, UN certification testing, CR testing. • Co-ordination with RA/QA/QC/SCM/MKT/Production/CMO for packaging development work. • Change part layout development, machine trial for new packaging material. • Handling Work related to Life Cycle management of Product. • Handling project of Process simplification, Cost improvement projects. • Driving cost savings project. • Handling all Packaging Development related shop floor issues. • Handling AVD projects for Packaging material. • Handling Green PACKAGING/Sustainability Projects and implementation. Qualifications Educational qualification: Science Graduate with Post Graduate with diploma in Packaging technology or B. Pharma or M. Pharma or M.Sc. with Packaging Development experience Minimum work experience: 3 to 8 years of experience in packaging development in Pharma industry Skills & attributes: Technical Skills • Experience in regulatory requirements for geographies relate
