Job Title: Assistant Manager – Management Information Systems (MIS) Department: Management Information Systems (MIS) Location: Hyderabad Position Overview The Assistant Manager – MIS will lead advanced MIS reporting, data management, and analytics to generate actionable insights that support organizational planning and decision-making. The role requires strong analytical capability, hands-on expertise in data tools, and the ability to work closely with program and functional teams to strengthen data quality, reporting systems, and governance. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain MIS dashboards and automated reports using Excel, Power BI, and SQL. • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of all MIS reports across programs and functions. • Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic and operational decisions. • Generate predictive and diagnostic insights to support business planning and performance improvement. • Coordinate with program and functional teams to collect data and enhance reporting structures aligned with organizational goals. • Strengthen data governance practices, including data validation, cleaning, reconciliation, and compliance with SOPs. • Support continuous improvement of MIS systems, tools, and reporting workflows. Technical & Functional Skills • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, Power Query, dashboards). • Strong experience with Power BI or equivalent
