Job Description Location: Ahmedabad (Gujarat)\n\nJob Profile:\nOwn and drive growth for Gujarat & MP region alongside one key category (electronics/ education / lifestyle/ Fitness, etc.)\nIdentify, onboard, and scale merchant partnerships across Gujarat & MP\nBuild strong relationships with regional brands, retailers, and key accounts\nDrive revenue through offers, co-funded campaigns, and affordability solutions (EMI, etc.)\nCreate and execute joint business plans (JBPs) with partners\nLead commercial negotiations and close strategic deals\nEnsure strong in-store visibility and local activation to drive footfall and conversions\nWork closely with internal teams (marketing, product, ops) for execution\nTrack category and merchant performance; optimize for growth and ROI\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n3 to 6 years of experience in Alliances, affordability exposure, Partnerships, Business Development, or Category Management\nStrong exposure to Gujarat & MP merchant ecosystem\nProven track record of driving revenue and managing key accounts\nStrong negotiation and relationship management skills\nAbility to manage both category strategy and on-ground merchant execution\nFluency in Gujarati and English preferred\nExperience in BFSI / fintech / retail / e-commerce is a plus\nIf you are interested please share resume on below mail id : krina.pandya@hdfc.bank.in / deepak.joshi@hdfc.bank.in
