Role & responsibilities • Candidates will be required to manage a portfolio of customers. This role will require them to manage relationships with their designated customer portfolio. • They will focus on maintaining relationships with acquired customers ensuring that they find the banking products and services suitable. • They will persuade the customer to continue and if required renew the FD's and deepen cross-selling. • To ensure that customers are engaged and brought back into the fold. • To cross sell investments to such customers by which they will tend to maintain balances Preferred candidate profile Candidates with a background in Sales with a minimum of 3 years experience will be preferred , they will have to have a strong knowledge on how to cross sell the different banking services offered.
