Job Title Relationship Manager - Business Banking Working Capital (RM-BBWC) Business Unit Business Banking Working Capital Reporting To Cluster Head Job Function and Role Type Sales, Individual Contributor, Travel Required: Extensive in semi-urban/rural areas, moderate in metros/urban areas. Version No Job Purpose Acquire current asset relationships through various channels and manage a portfolio of 30-40 BBG relationships. Maintain high-net-worth relationship management to deliver quality service and achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities Business Development Achieve business targets on volumes and profitability for BBG customers; Generate leads through branch interaction, update CRM, and ensure lead conversion; Identify potential customers, enhance product penetration, and strategize with branch teams; Conduct structured client calls, update CRM, and assign tasks to departments; Review portfolio performance with product groups and supervisors monthly; Ensure documentation pre- and post-disbursement and cross-sell liabilities, corporate salary accounts, and other products. Customer relationship management Build relationships with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction; Prepare customer profiles, identify cross-sell opportunities, and resolve queries; Negotiate rates and charges with customers; Provide daily customer service, including cheque referrals, cash management, and trade transactions.
