Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Talcher Thermal Power Station Township. The role involves managing and growing a portfolio of retail and small business customers, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding customer needs, recommending appropriate banking products such as accounts, loans, cards, and investment solutions, and supporting customers through the onboarding and documentation process.
