Job Title Team Member - FAG - Finance Business Unit Finance Reporting To Unit Head - FAG - Finance - (IFRS & Treasury Accounting) Job Function and Role Type Team Member - Treasury Accounting, Individual Contributor Version No 2.0 Job Purpose Treasury accounting and reporting, including preparation of financial statements and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Preparation of Ind AS standalone financials Map IGAAP trial balance to Ind AS financials and prepare transition entries; Reconcile IGAAP and Ind AS for balance sheet and P&L items. Preparation of Ind AS consolidated financial statements Map IGAAP consolidated financials to Ind AS consolidated financials; Ensure elimination entries and reconcile consolidated balance sheet and P&L items. USGAAP reporting and transition to IFRS Assist in IFRS transition for NYSE/SEC reporting; Prepare Management's Discussion and Analysis under USGAAP. IFRS systems implementation Participate in system design discussions and user acceptance testing; Prepare Statements of Understanding for IFRS system implementation. Foreign forward exchange contracts (Fx) accounting and reporting Report FX P&L MIS daily and reconcile monthly financials; Perform month-end reporting and prepare quarterly MIS for CFO, ACB, and Board. Derivative accounting and reporting Report derivative P&L MIS daily and reconcile monthly financials; Prepare quarterly MIS and disclosures for USGAAP reporting.
