Job Responsibilities: Sourcing and Business Generation: Source proposals from individual farmers, co-operative societies, rural mandis & markets, Kisan Clubs, Farmer Producer Organizations. Source liability business from mapped dairy societies, farmers, and other potential customers. Generate Cross Sell business from mapped locations. Conduct marketing activities for recent business generation. Achieve assigned targets. Increase penetration of KGC Business in existing and new villages. Source business from farmers and actively actively involve in Government Schemes. Ensure DBT seeding for all accounts. Relationship Building and Customer Support: Provide pre and post disbursement support to customers. Coordinate with customers and insurance co. vets for cattle tagging and claim support.
