Role & responsibilities - • Achieve business targets on volumes, profitability and product penetration for BBG and ECG customer segments through continuous lead generation, branch coordination and monthly performance reviews. • Strengthen client relationships by conducting regular customer calls, understanding their financial needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction through timely servicing and endtoend banking support. • Prepare and manage credit requirements including CAM preparation, query resolution and coordination with credit for approvals, waivers, deferrals and periodic renewals. • Drive crosssell opportunities by preparing customer profiling sheets, identifying revenue enhancement products such as CMS, ENet and other banking solutions across internal business groups. • Ensure portfolio health and compliance through monitoring TODs, tracking highvalue transactions, completing housekeeping activities such as call memos, stock statements, insurance and site visits. • Collaborate with internal teams including branches, product groups and supervisory units to exchange insights, improve product penetration and implement management guidance effectively. Preferred candidate profile Minimum Graduate from any Stream Candidate having Minimum 5 years of experience in banking Exposure in Working capital / SME/ Corporate banking / Mid & Large corporate , CC, OD, LC/BG, bill discounting, and export finance , SME Operatoin
