We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sr. Associate Director, Software Engineering . In This Role, You Will • Own and operate technical governance for the sub value stream (standards, design reviews, engineering controls, and decision records). • Ensure solutions align to Group principles, reference architectures, and strategic technology direction. • Drive pragmatic engineering excellence: quality, resilience, performance, observability, and maintainability. • Identify and manage technical risk, including legacy constraints and technical debt, with clear remediation plans. • Partner with Product, Portfolio and Delivery to shape roadmaps and scope, balancing value, risk, and capacity. • Support delivery execution: unblock teams, manage dependencies, and ensure engineering readiness for releases. • Provide input t
