We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist. In this role, you will: Acting as Analyst on assigned projects for the continual improvement of the Reward system system and specifically the understanding and management of the functional processes and configuration. Translating business requirements into system requirements using appropriate terminology to facilitate the progression of a project through elaboration and definition. Holding conversations with the business analysts, solution analysts and global service teams to drive out the Core HR requirements, design and implementation needs. Acting as subject matter expert for the Success Factors Reward systems, including new functionality and innovation Understanding HR processes including performance and rewards and the impacts of system change -
