He should be aware about IBM FileNet and OTX Captiva solution.The candidate must have positive technical knowledge of Java,Linux and must be well versed with ServiceNow - As roles demands, service management, the candidate will have to connect with multiple stakeholders internally and externally to manage the service and software to the latest version.
