This is a hands-on technical leadership role with real influence over architecture, engineering standards and product direction. The Opportunity We’re looking for a senior individual contributor who will provide hands-on technical leadership across one or more engineering pods and mentor engineers in Pune. This is not a people-management role: success will come through engineering expertise, architecture leadership, delivery and influence across teams. The role will own significant integrations, help define the Productivity Suite technical strategy and roadmap, and support adoption in India and neighbouring markets.
