About the role As a dealer in Debt Capital Market, you would engage with fund managers / dealers of institutional investors, including Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, Banks, Pension funds, Corporate treasuries etc. for sell-down of corporate bonds in Primary and Secondary market. Developing and implementing hedging strategies to mitigate risk is also part of the profile. The individual should also possess in-depth knowledge of Indian and Global markets and should be adept at fundamental and technical analysis.
