Manager - Compliance Testing : As a Manager in Compliance Testing, the role would involve conducting various RBS Tranche III reviews assigned by RBI, thematic reviews based on the risk-based testing plan, reviews mandated by the regulator and Branch testing by performing sufficient and representative compliance testing in a time bound manner and reporting outcome to the Compliance Committee/the Audit Committee. Key Responsibilities : - Carry out Compliance Risk assessment and Compliance Testing as per the approved annual risk-based testing plan - Identification, management, monitoring and reporting of Compliance Risk. Computation and analysis of Compliance Risk score and preparation of dashboards for management/Board level Committees - Perform detailed, sufficient and representative compliance testing of business activities, controls and transactions to identify potential compliance risk.
