About the Role : Compliance Manager - Retail Assets Compliance As a member of team handling the advisory role you will be responsible for implementation of the guidelines issued by RBI covering retail assets such as mortgage, auto, education loan, personal loan, KCC, etc. You will manage a team to ensure the guidelines issued by RBI are disseminated to the relevant teams within the Bank, understand the requirement of the guideline, engage with stakeholders and ensure the guideline is implemented within the timeline stipulated by the regulator. Key Responsibilities : - Co-ordination with business groups to ensure compliance to RBI guidelines. - Ensure timely guidance to business units and all relevant stakeholders on matters relating to RBI and NPCI regulations and ensuring implementation of the guidelines - Independently handle business unit queries and liaison with all relevant stakeholders t
