About the role A Relationship Manager – Farmer Finance is a core anchor in sourcing and managing farmer finance business within the assigned branch and territory. The role focuses on identifying and engaging eligible farmer customers for agricultural lending solutions, particularly Kisan Credit Card (KCC), while adopting a 360-degree banking approach. Relationship Managers are expected to understand customer needs, strengthen long-term relationships, and offer solutions in line with those needs, while upholding the core philosophy of being Fair to the Customer and Fair to the Bank. The role also involves close collaboration with internal teams to deliver consistent service quality, portfolio growth, and customer delight, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
