As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for passionate hospitality professionals to join our Reservations Team in New Delhi. What You’ll Do: * Handle room reservation enquiries via phone, email and online booking channels. * Assist guests with room availability, rates, promotions and reservation requests. * Create, modify and manage reservations while ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards. * Coordinate closely with Front Office, Revenue Management and Sales teams to optimize inventory and deliver a seamless guest experience. * Resolve guest queries professionally and maintain the highest levels of customer service. We’re Looking For: * Experience in Hotel Reservations or Front Office (preferred). * Good knowledge of Opera Cloud or similar PMS and online booking platforms. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment. * A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for hospitality.
