Key Responsibilities: • Experienced in Java and • NET Production Support handling incident resolution application monitoring root cause analysis and performance issues while ensuring system stability and SLA compliance • Strong expertise in ITIL aligned Problem and Incident Management including trend analysis permanent fix implementation and continuous service improvement • Proficient in Infrastructure and Application Monitoring using tools such as Dynatrace Splunk and CA ESP with hands on experience in proactive monitoring alert management log analysis and workload automation • Skilled in CA ESP Workload Automation for job scheduling batch processing failure handling and dependency management in critical production environments • Experienced in Big Data Production Support integrated with ITSM processes supporting high volume mission critical systems • Demonstrated ability in Major Incident Management coordinating cross functional teams ensuring effective communication rapid restoration of services and post incident reviews • Strong working knowledge of SQL and AWS services with hands on production support experience in the Banking Domain adhering to regulatory security and compliance standards • Adept at working in 24x7 support environments ensuring high availability reliability and operational excellence Preferred Skills: Foundational->Maintenance and Production Support process->Life Sciences Maintenance Process
