Walk-In Drive @ Infosys BPM is Hiring for Service Desk - Freshers Interview Location: Hyderabad Job Locations: Bangalore & Pune Position: Technical process Executive Service Desk (Freshers) Experience: Fresher Qualification: Any Full-Time Graduate (15 years of formal education - Must have degree certificates and Marksheets) Work Model: Full-Time | 100% Work from Office Shift: 24x7 Shift Rotation Key Responsibilities: • Provide support to global clients via calls and email • Troubleshoot technical issues including: • VPN, Drivers, O365, Active Directory • Operating systems and basic networking • Microsoft Office and other productivity tools • Work on ticketing tools. • Analyze issues and provide timely, effective resolutions • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in all interaction WALK-IN DETAILS Date: 17th October 2026 (Saturday) Time: 10:00 AM - 01:00 PM Venue: Infosys STP Survey no 210, Gate No.2, Manikonda Village, Hyderabad, 500019 landmark opposite- ISB college.
