Position: Lead – MEP Execution Location: Vizag/Kolkata BE (Mechanical/Electrical/Relevant), with 6 to 10 years of relevant experience Job Description: • Execution Management for all MEP&T (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Technology (BMS, Access Control, CCTV, Audio-Visual) works for new projects and retrofits in owned/leased buildings • Manage execution of HVAC System, Electrical System, Plumbing and Fire Systems, BMS System, Access Control System, CCTV & Security system, for commercial buildings • Understand design intent and ensure execution is in line with design • Managing effective coordination and commissioning of various sub-systems in commercial buildings • Quality and Cost Management during execution • Safety Management in execution • Ensure successful and timely completion of the projects. • Support for LEED and various other green building performance certifications • Support for statutory approvals in line with corporate governance guidelines • Drive innovation and incorporation of latest technologies to produce world class buildings and campuses • Manage other Infrastructure related works
