The incumbent will act as bridge between Sales and operations team to address consumer complaints including sample gathering, testing and devising CAPA plan. 2. The incumbent will also work with ABD for raw milk quality, procurement team for RMPM quality along with rejections, testing and continuously reviewing quality control processes, procedures and capabilities. 3. The incumbent will also be responsible to provide safe, secure and efficient working environment at factories by ensuring equipments safety. 4. The incumbent will also groom and mentor quality executives across different manufacturing locations in best practices and quality standards. 5. Co-ordinate with Factory team on Raw material and Packaging material Online rejections and Co-ordination with Procurement for Supplier joint testings. 6. To continuously review quality control processes, procedures and capabilities in order to sustain the most efficient methods for meeting quality requirements and making recommendation for improvement as appropriate. 7.
