Costing and Product Cost Analysis: Develop cost estimates for various engine proprietary components using predefined templates and comprehensive product costing methodologies. Regularly update costing models to reflect changes in market conditions and supplier pricing. Financial Analysis and Risk Assessment: Analyze suppliers' balance sheets for commercial negotiations. Assess financial health and risk indicators of suppliers to mitigate potential risks to the supply chain. Cost Reduction and Negotiation Strategies: Identify and implement innovative cost reduction ideas during negotiations. Develop and execute plans to realize cost savings without compromising on quality or delivery timelines. Negotiation Skills: Exhibit strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable terms and pricing from suppliers.
