As a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Mahindra & Mahindra Mumbai, you will work alongside experienced engineers and managers on live programmes rather than sample projects. You will spend time on the shop floor and in design reviews, learn how a product moves from concept to a road-ready vehicle, and take genuine ownership of a scoped piece of work. What you will do: • Support day-to-day engineering work on active Mahindra & Mahindra programmes in Mumbai. • Apply Mechanical Engineering, AutoCAD, Manufacturing, Problem Solving to real problems, with review and mentorship from senior engineers. • Collect and analyse data, document your findings and present them to the team. • Work cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, quality and supply-chain colleagues. • Follow safety, quality and compliance standards expected in automotive manufacturing.
