Responsibilities & Key Deliverables • Lead STA for Trims commodity, driving gate readiness, priority alignment, and decision-making to ensure timely sample delivery across all stages and achieve SOP capacity aligned to mature business volumes. • Own end-to-end technical and quality outcomes for all NPD developments and continuous improvement of CPE projects. • Drive supplier audits and technical capability assessments; guide teams on process robustness and sign off FTG deployment aligned to business volumes, enabling clear RFQ inputs for commercial alignment with suppliers. • Define and standardize STA methods, frameworks, and best practices for part development and FTG readiness. • Ensure adherence to APQP, E-PPAP, and per-day capacity planning in line with mature volumes across commodities. • Drive strong stakeholder alignment and cross-functional collaboration to deliver first-time-right quality in part development. • Apply deep process and FTG expertise across interior and exterior plastics injection moulding, seats, canopy, glass and windshields, windows, rubber and rubber moulded parts, roto moulding, and SMC. • Lead structured problem-solving with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely resolution and delivery of targeted outcomes.Experience 13 to 15 YearsIndustry Preferred AutomotiveQualifications B.E./B.TechGeneral Requirements Our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
