Experience: 16+ Years Location: Chennai Key Responsibilities • Define and drive vehicle-level NVH targets and benchmarking activities. • Lead NVH development across BIW, powertrain, driveline, suspension, chassis, steering, mounts, seals, and sound package systems. • Conduct NVH analysis, testing, validation, and root cause investigations. • Drive prototype evaluations and implement design countermeasures to achieve NVH targets. • Lead Transfer Path Analysis (TPA), Modal Analysis, and vehicle refinement activities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, CAE, Testing, Manufacturing, and Quality. • Mentor engineers and lead NVH development across vehicle programs. Required Experience & Skills • 16+ years of experience in Automotive NVH Development. • Strong expertise in vehicle acoustics, vibration analysis, and vehicle refinement. • Hands-on experience with TPA, Modal Analysis, Sound Power Measurement, and NVH testing. • Experience in powertrain, chassis, suspension, and BIW NVH development. • Proficiency in tools such as LMS Test.Lab, Müller-BBM, MATLAB, ANSYS, HyperWorks, or equivalent NVH tools. • Proven experience in leading NVH activities from concept to production. Qualification • BE/ M.E. / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Design Engineering, or related discipline.
