Manager- STA-E&E(AD CDMM) Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Responsibilities: Part Development: Managing the entire process of part development, from initial design to final production. Quality Assurance: Ensuring that parts meet quality sta ndards throughout the development and production lifecycle. Cost Management: Working to achieve QCD (Quality, Cost, and Delivery) targets for all new products and improvements to existing products. Supplier Management: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring their capacity and adherence to timelines. Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation plans. Reporting: Providing regular updates on project progress and performance. Experience M.E. / M.Tech 4-8 yrs. B.Tech/ B.E. 6-9 yrs. Industry Preferred Qualifications BE /B.Tech/ M.E. / M.Tech General Requirements Technical Skills and Knowledge: Manufacturing Processes: Deep understanding of manufacturing processes for electrical components,switches and machined components. Materials: Knowledge of various material grades and their suitability for specific applications in gear and shaft manufacturing. Surface Treatment: Familiarity with surface treatment processes like painting, plating, and powder coating. APQP: Experience with APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and its application in part development.
