Responsibilities & Key Deliverables • Maintain availability of PLC M/cs , Electronic equipment's in the Plant. • Co-ordinate with OEM of M/c Tools and PLC system Suppliers for necessary support. • Identify and conceptualise improvement projects in the areas of manufacturing facilities , maintenance support , cost reduction. • Implement the manufacturing cost reduction activities through in-house Electronics Repairs. • Support TPM Activities related to Relay circuits , PLC and Electronic M/cs and Equipment's. • Strengthening the quality by supporting and improving No Fault Forward (NFF). • Digitalization Implementation for improving the machine standards to meet Industry 4.0. • Strengthening Pick-to-Light, MTTWU Concepts. • Skill improvement activities for associates Preferred Industries Manufacturing Automotive Industry Education Qualification Bachelor of Engineering; Bachelors of Technology in Electrical and Electronics; General Experience 5-10 Years Critical Experience • ERP , SAP , Automation Software • Data Analysis , Project Management , Process Improvement , • MS Excel / Power BI , Documentations , Time Management . • Digital Mindset , Ownership , Collaboration , Communication , Innovation Thinking .
