The role will be responsible for ensuring robust supplier capability, first-time-right development, and successful product launches in Electric Mobility programs. Responsibilities • Own end-to-end technical and quality deliverables for NPD and ongoing improvement projects • Lead Supplier Technical Assistance (STA) activities including audits, capability assessment, and qualification • Drive FTG (First Time Right) deployment and readiness for business volume production • Govern STA across BIW, Trims, DAC & E&E components ensuring gate readiness and SOP targets • Establish STA standards, processes, and best practices across commodities • Ensure adherence to APQP, E-PPAP, and production capacity planning • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and continuous improvement • Manage supplier performance for quality, cost, and delivery alignment Qualifications • Hands-on experience in development and quality of: • • Wiring Harness, L
