The India Area Business Manager role gives the individual the opportunity to play a key role in the India subsidiary. The Business Manager is the chief-of-staff of the Area Vice President (AVP), supporting strategic activity and alignment, on behalf of the Leader, across the business and with business partners to ensure subsidiary goals are achieved. The role reports to India CVP. Responsibilities • Drive Rhythm-Of-the Business orchestration and facilitation • Drive ROB planning and execution of MCAPS India Area SLT meetings including agenda and content • Work closely with India and Corp Stakeholders for global QBCs and other Corp meetings, Area Meetings (including Area Kickoff, Monthly Townhalls) • Work closely with Functional teams (Finance, HR, CELA) to drive key functional milestones • In partnership with communications team, work to ensure effective communication to internal and external stakeholders • Work with the India SLT and other leaders of the India Leadership team t
