As a Business Program Manager Intern, specializing in Integrated Learning & Skilling, you will support the design, delivery, and improvement of learning programmes that help people build critical capabilities. You will collaborate with experienced colleagues and stakeholders, use approved AI and analytics tools, and gain practical experience in learner-centred design, content management, programme execution, measurement, and business programme management. Responsibilities: Support the planning and development of learner-centred skilling programmes by gathering requirements, defining measurable outcomes, coordinating resources, and maintaining plans and stakeholder updates. Use approved AI-assisted tools to analyse learning needs, synthesise stakeholder and learner inputs, draft personas, outlines, storyboards, assessments, and prototypes, and improve accessibility and efficiency with appropriate human review.
