About the Role We are looking for a Global Total Rewards Lead to lead Total Rewards operations across regions including AOA, EUR and AMS. This role will drive delivery transformation and continuous improvement of Total Rewards services globally while ensuring alignment with the HR transformation agenda and maintenance of the current quality and employe experience levels Key Responsibilities
