Key Responsibilities: • Drive revenue and profitability targets. • Manage day-to-day operations and team performance. • Ensure SOP adherence from opening to closing. • Motivate Sales Associates and ensure target achievement. • Monitor and maintain store equipment and cleanliness. • Handle stock control and ensure FIFO sales. • Promote a team-based culture and lead by example. • Provide timely and effective customer solutions. Key KPIs: • Store profitability and team retention. • Sales and activation targets (handsets, accessories, ASP). • Sales conversion ratios. • Audit variance (stock and cash). • Stock ageing and availability. Core Competencies: • Leadership and team motivation. • Customer service and retail business knowledge. • Result orientation and attention to detail. • Strong communication and integrity.
