Job Role - • Provide excellent customer service to ensure great shopping experiences • Maintain product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and product selections • Engage with customers to understand needs and recommend suitable products or solutions. • Handle customer issues, returns, and exchanges effectively while maintaining a positive demeanor. • Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and customer service goals. • Ensure compliance with store policies and uphold company standards in retail operations. Work days - 6 days a week weekly off will be between Mon to Fri 1 day off Saturday and Sunday will be working days Qualifications - 10+2 minimum
