As an Application Support - SAP (WM / MM) at our company, you will be responsible for managing production application support at level 2. Your role will involve providing expert support and information to end users, understanding business processes, and offering consultation services. You will also be expected to provide a business analyst perspective on recurring incidents, assist in RCA of problems, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues within SLA. Key Responsibilities: - Manage production application support at level 2 - Provide expert support and information to end users - Understand business processes and offer consultation services - Provide a business analyst perspective on recurring incidents - Assist in RCA of problems - Drive timely resolution of customer issues within SLA - Prepare and maintain KEDB for known issues - Coordinate with Product/Development team for next level support, bug-fixes, and deliveries - Manage the 1st level support team for issue resolution - Participate in UAT and application deployments Qualifications Required: - Strong working knowledge of SAP MM/WM module - Conceptual knowledge of MM in areas like Purchasing, Physical Inventory, Pricing, Stock transfers - Knowledge of interface monitoring (inbound queue, outbound queue RFCs, IDOCS) - Integration knowledge of MM with other modules like SD, FICO, WM - Knowledge of STOs and deliveries preferred - Knowledge of SAP WM processes like Warehouse Structure, Master data, inbound and outbo
