About the job: Job Summary We are seeking a customer-focused and result-oriented Sales Associate to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting products, maintain store standards, and contribute to achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. Achieve individual and store sales targets. Promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs, and new product launches. Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations accurately. Maintain product displays and ensure merchandise is properly stocked. Monitor inventory levels and report stock requirements. Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly. Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards in the store. Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Support store operations during peak business hours and promotional events.Required Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation.
