This role leverages Lean, Six Sigma and other improvement methodologies to increase efficiency, reduce costs and strengthen overall performance. Key Responsibilities Key responsibilities: Process Improvement & Efficiency Identify process gaps, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities with respect to Quality KPIs. Analysing data and pulling out projects on areas like OOS/OOT/PQC. Streamline investigation workflows and contribute to the development of an Investigation Quality (IQ) rubric and training modules.
