Additionally, demonstrate a collaborative spirit, knowing that we ‘Thrive together’ and support each other’s journeys.” Key Responsibilities • Track, monitor and improve Sufficiency loss for US Generics business • Reduce Backorder and Failure-To-Supply • Monitor FG inventory health and reduce short-dating and write-off • Use advance planning tools like APO and Kinaxis for consensus forecasting and DRP output • Actively work on bid management with business and operations team • Work on improving Air-vs-Sea ratio for US • Responsible for private label supplies and demand management as an alliance manager • Responsible to coordinate with CMO supplying to US business • Participate and run S&OP and ensure critical concerns are timely escalated and resolved to minimize business loss and supply disruption • Manage US Gx planning team and their deliverables (KPIs) • Incumbent will also be Admin manager for NAM SCM GCC team based in India • Work closely with supply sites and other CFT’s
