Additionally, demonstrate a collaborative spirit, knowing that we ‘Thrive together’ and support each other’s journeys.” Key responsibilities: Team Leadership • Manage and mentor desktop support engineers. • Conduct performance reviews and training programs. • Ensure effective resource planning and shift management • Drive continuous improvement in IT support services. • Maintain documentation and SOPs End User Support: • Escalate unresolved end user issues to appropriate teams as needed • Coordinate with locations IT teams for Tech Refresh activity PAN India • Educate end-users on IT best practices and usage policies • Collaborate closely with Information Security, Infrastructure, HR, and Facilities to ensure a secure and compliant end user environment Onboarding & Offboarding • Coordinate with HR Dept for new user accounts, email IDs, and access rights in Active Directory, O365, etc. • Allocate and deploy laptops/desktops and other peripherals for new joiners on time • Ensure timely revocation of access and administrative systems rights. • Coordinate secure return and
